 Applications
  1. Surface Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly, removing any dirt, grease, or loose materials. Ensure the surface is dry and free of contaminants.
  2. Priming: For porous surfaces, apply a suitable primer to enhance adhesion. Non-porous surfaces may not require priming.
  3. Application Method: Heat Shield can be applied using a brush, roller, or airless spray. For best results, apply two coats.
  4. First Coat: Apply the first coat at a rate of 0.75 to 1.0 kg/m². Allow it to dry for 2-4 hours depending on environmental conditions.
    Second Coat: Apply a second coat in a perpendicular direction to the first coat to ensure complete coverage. The second coat should be applied at the same rate (0.75 to 1.0 kg/m²).
    Drying Time: Heat Shield is touch dry in 2-4 hours and fully cured in 24 hours. Ensure adequate ventilation for faster curing
